Rozeta Resort & Residence brings mountain vacation in its most beautiful form. The construction of the Rozeta Resort & Residence complex is divided into five key phases. The first phase included obtaining a building permit and fulfilling legal regulations. The second phase is the planning and preparation of the terrain, followed by the phase of basic infrastructure. In the current, fourth phase, the residential part is being built, while the fifth phase will include finishing works and landscaping.
